My name is Marsha Ipsen, owner/tech of Summit Pest Control. In 1993 I started Summit Pest Control after receiving my Georgia Household Pest Control License while working for a national pest control company. My background is customer service, not sales. No scare stories to sell a job, just a focus on providing the best service possible which has allowed my business to thrive via word of mouth referrals for nearly 30 years now. One more thing, I strive to be on time to every appointment. Your time is valuable, so is mine.

Most people are a little confused when they hear the term Once A Year pest control. It's understandable when the majority of companies continue to use 1950's technology when providing a fast in and out monthly pest control service by spraying baseboards which waits for pests to enter in the first place. Summit's Once A Year pest control is designed to prevent most pests before they enter a home.

Once A Year pest control has been around for 30 plus years now. Rather than a 5 or 10 minute visit, I spend approximately 2 hours at each home treating for pests. Everything from wall voids, baiting, crack and crevice, attic, and exterior treating is performed.
